Brilliant success!
Our Summer Club 2021 ran for its usual 12 days at the beginning of the summer holidays.
Although it was a bit different this year as we spent more time outside due to Covid restrictions and the fact that our Dartington children and young people came to Exeter, it was still a great success with an exciting and varied programme that was enjoyed by all.

What happened!
Some facts and figures
- 82 children and young people attended across the 12 days
- 28 outings off site including visits to Powderham Castle, Mrs Snuggles Sensory Dome, Exeter Trampoline Academy, Linfield Farm and Ten Pin Bowling to name a few. Our older age groups also had a meal and played pub games such as skittles at the Waie Inn.
- 24 sessions held on site run by external entertainers such as Animal Encounters, Adventure Babies (sensory interactive stories), Incredible India Dance Workshops, Magic Carpet, Wheelchair Rugby with Exeter Chiefs and, as always, a disco and party games on the last day with Supersonic Sounds.
- In addition sessions were run by our staff which included using the hydro therapy pool, physio sessions, cooking, rural skills experiences and physical activities linked to our 2021 theme of the Olympics.
